Fairlawn Blend

Our best all around blend. Requires average to low fertilization. This mix features high quality ryegrasses, thereby offering the quick establishment of and attractive permanent turf.

Fairlawn Shady Brand

Will work well in light to medium shade. No heavy fertilization required. However, irrigation may be required for the shade areas with tree roots. If you are looking for results, do not be tempted by less expensive mixes which contain as much as 50% - 70% of the poorer performing common red fescue.

Tuff Turf 2 Mixture

Tuff Turf is designed for rapid establishment in full sun areas. These special, wear tolerant ryegrasses, hold up well to traffic. For the homeowner who has children or pets.
